How to hide drivers in UI? #7

If there is no way to hid drivers in the UI, then I will need to build a nodedef for each type of device based on what is supports. This will a lot of work.

The Status display can be hidden, but it will still show up in programs, so I guess this means a custom node def for each type of known device... WAVE, WAVE_PLUS, WAVE_MINI, ...
