Add ERROR driver to controller #62

If any error is encountered by the nodeserver set the ERROR flow so notifications can be sent.

There is now an ERR driver "Errors" which tracks any errors encountered by the nodeserver. It's still possible that an error can occur that is not trapped but hopefully most are handled.
