Support Zone Specific System Trouble

The API is returning zone specific system trouble to the panel so we need to decode that had send it to the appropriate zone instead, and remove zone specific ones from the panel.

This moved the following from the Controller, to each Zone, since they are Zone specific status:

• Box Tamper
• Transmitter Low Battery
• Security Alert
• Lost Transmitter
• Fire
