Editor missing subset if message has not been sent by user. Maybe add a default subset of "0"

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<editors>
  <!--  Pushover Devices  -->
  <!--  Full Subset:   -->
  <!--  Short Subset:   -->
  <editor id="MESSAGE">
    <range uom="25" subset="" nls="MID"/>    <------------------------------ This
    <---Herer</editor>
    <editor id="NMESSAGE">
      <range uom="25" subset="0-36" nls="NMESSAGE"/>
    </editor>
    <!-- Alll Service Nodes, used in Notify -->
    <editor id="NFY_NODE">
      <range uom="25" subset="0-2" nls="NFYN"/>
    </editor>
    <!-- Pushover Devices, used in Notify nodes -->
    <editor id="NFY_PUSHOVER_DEVICE">
      <range uom="25" subset="-1-1" nls="SVCPUSHOVER"/>
    </editor>
  </editors>

Yeah, that's a problem, but using 0 will show 0.in the AC, but guess that's ok as a default.

If I remember correctly the AC will show "0" anyway. This fails a UD Mobile validity test as, if I remember correctly, it's an editor for a Command.
