Update CI ROS dependencies #160

Add Iron and remove Melodic as it has have it's EOL

@fmauch or @RobertWilbrandt will you look at this, as the Melodic dep is blocking CI for new PR

Melodic is fixed with PR #163 and Iron is added in PR #167
