Build Fails on Simulator

We have been developing a URCap using the dev container simulator setup. We've been able to install other samples provided with that setup. I pulled this repo down, ran a successful npm install and get these messages with the npm run build command

@TeeLusk Sorry for the late reply. May I ask what version of the PolyScopeX SDKyou are building it with?

@TeeLusk thanks for the issue. It turned out that I had forgot to commit some files. Can I ask you to try again and verify that you can compile it?
