Update nomenclature of the simulators to aovid user's confusion. #104

This PR provides a small nomenclature update of gazebo / ignition name to be consistent to the naming used by community.

Closing this, since simulator support now moved to the simulator repos (See https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Gazebo_Simulation/pull/41 and https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Ignition_Simulation/pull/7)
