Make sure the UR5 models are actually standing on the ground #127

Before, they were 3mm below the ground causing e.g. Gazebo to be disturbed by collisions with the ground.

This should fix https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Gazebo_Simulation/issues/11
