Update FZI maintainers #28

Right before releasing I'd like to update the list of maintainers to the people who will be maintaining this. @AndyZe @livanov93 @destogl I've kept you listed as maintainers, as I was not sure about your plan of future involvements into this package. I'm happy to leave it like this, though :-)

My plan is to be involved into future developments. The repository currently depends on ros-controls/ros2_control and ros-controls/ros2_controllers where I am also contributing, therefore I think it will be beneficial to leave @destogl and me listed.
