Closing this, since simulator support now moved to the simulator repos (See https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Gazebo_Simulation/pull/41 and https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Ignition_Simulation/pull/7)
The xacro files updated to match the latest gz ros2 control notation and code. Changes have been tested on ROS 2 rolling and gazebo garden.
