This goes along https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Description/pull/114, hence the draft status.

Probably we need to branch out for iron, as well, since https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Description/pull/114 is only for rolling and will probably not be backported.
