Support for IIIF image choice #119

Viewer displays no content when an image choice is present in the manifest. For example, the first canvas in: http://dlss-dev-azaroth.stanford.edu/prezi/m804/manifest.json

Should at least pick the default image, even if it doesn't display the ability to swap images.

And another example from Yale for testing:

The BL have a use case for side by side comparison of image annotations on the same canvas, as well as the "stack" approach.

drop down listing each image and an 'all' option, which shows all images as a grid.
