"Get Crop" button #182

Fires an event that gives the current viewport to the containing page Hidden by default Allows Wellcome to implement bookmarks, Institution X to implement "get crop", etc.

@jennpb and @edsilv agree - If the UV is in 2up (or xUp where x > 1) then for now it needs to show a dialogue box indicating that you can't bookmark in this mode; switch to 1up mode to bookmark.
