Add meta_descriptions and meta_keywords related to a Publication for SEO

that fields have been removed.

meta_descritions will be filled with publication subheading or page descriptions meta_keys will be filled with tags

That's something to handle in the page and publication templates

publication have descriptio -> subheading, keywords -> tags page have description -> descriptions, keywords -> tags
