Emphasize 'active' element in a Scene tree #141

One can emphasize active elements (sound sources, fittings) in a Scene tree, for example by changing the text color of the corresponding element (in grey for example, for inactive elements, and black for active elements). It allows to have a more useful visual representation.

In addition:

[ ] one can also enable of the option "All sources>Activate/Desactivate" on a selection of elements (not only on the master folder)
[ ] one can also enable of the option "All sources>Activate/Desactivate" on a group of sources (not only on the master folder)
