Request origin and destination from sections #36

Request are currently expressed from a road node to another road node. However, in real case scenarios, we want itineraries from a section + abscissa to another section + abscissa.

Tasks

[ ] Support for sections + abscissa in origin and destination points in requests
[ ] Support in algorithms
