Write text conventions #11

We need to define the text conventions. Particularly whether we capitalise all words in headings and buttons. E.g. "Read more" or "Read More".

Interestingly, the current website is fairly inconsistent about that...

Generally, academics prefer grammatically correct text, and I think I agree, so let's go for eg 'Read more'
