This PR is mostly just comments and text. The most important thing is the contracts architecture, this might help organize some things.

Starts a UDAO readme, giving some description of the DAO
Adds contract architecture, a description of some of the contracts used, to readme
Add todos/comments to scripts in order to restructure the testing scripts
