This PR is aimed at upgrading the efficiency of the frontend pulling data from IPFS and the blockchain. Changes are as follows:
All data is now loaded in App.js upon app launch and passed to its child components as props (we're not fetching data upon every route change/page load)
Added a 'loading' page that runs while App.js is fetching data. This page redirects to dashboard once data is fetched.
In UDAO Api, getProposals and getGrants were merged into one function, getAllProposals(). Only after this function is called will we now filter to differentiate between proposals and grants.
Address, abi, and provider were removed from each individual ethers function and instead are stored in App.js and passed down as arguments.
Manually added CIDs to EthersTesting.js for the sake of testing new reading functionality
