TMC URL timeout #5

When adding the TMC plugin to Netbeans, the URL http://update.testmycode.net/tmc-netbeans_test/updates.xml times out. Is it down? Was working on the same machine before.

I have the same issue and I've been trying to figure it out all day. I put "TMC" as it says in the instructions and then copy and paste the link in the instructions. Then it starts checking for updates in TMC and a warning pops up. I have tried selecting "no proxy" in the proxy settings and that doesn't give any new results.

I have been facing the same issue. I thought of moving from intelliJ to netbeans for the sake of mooc exercises, but now I am stuck with this particular blocker.
