How do the NIs report on sub-projects

How do I report as a NI? split by projects but allow “@NI and @subproject and @project” to encourage references

subproject leads should contribute the stuff to the project report (somehow like coediting of the project report)

I don't think we decided to do this, instead we made a dedicated sub-project leader report.
