Somehow there was a case where a person was supervising themselves, which was causing infinite recursion. I don't think this is possible to occur in the UI, but it might have been possible in the backend. Maybe when the CCV was imported or something. At any rate, there needs to be a validation which prevents this scenario from ever occurring at the sever level.
