Creating a Projectile Point with just Artifact Type and Period, doesn't show the period in view modal.

Problem: When a new projectile point is created using just an Artifact type and Period, the Period is shown as 'indeterminate'.

I think it's because the period is taken from culture (reverse hierarchy) so without a culture, it doesn't get a period.
