Giving/removing an someone from an officership doesn't update the cache

Notes while investigating this:

• the officers page in MyRadio has its own cache: https://github.com/UniversityRadioYork/MyRadio/blob/01066995e6cc6d388f7ef38dff5d9edba486b763/src/Classes/ServiceAPI/Profile.php#L133-L149
• However, it should be getting cleared: MyRadio_Officer::assignOfficer and MyRadio_Officer::standDown both call Profile::clearCache.
