Move "filter by track" above "filter by artist" for WebStudio consistency #952

Would also be nice to get some icons in the placeholder text maybe https://fontawesome.com/icons/music?style=solid for Track and https://fontawesome.com/icons/user?style=solid for artist

It'd probably annoy people, but most people search for track first IMO, so i'd rather flip showplanner.
