This is a freaking huge pull request that:

Changes modules so that they have responsibility over their own model creation;
Eliminates model structures (well, mostly; they're just procs now, when they do exist);
Makes modules take a single argument at construction, an Environment that provides access to the model, auth, and updates channel etc.;
Merges ServerView and ServiceView into one View (hence the name of the branch), which is bundled in the Environment;
Starts evaluating Minitest as a replacement for RSpec. Currently there are two spec sets; this needs to be fixed!
