Move level_json.md to the wiki #32

Use the features we have, the wiki. Move all documentation into the wiki.

@KenrickM this would ber a good task for someone new to the project, to move the level_json.md into the Levels wiki page

@KenrickM I added the list of levels to the Levels page.

Other students can add more sub-pages, create the cross links, and edit the side bar.
