Enhance levels: Add lighthouse levels functionality #53

Lighthouse levels need to be displayed as lighthouse + light beams instead of wheel and squirrel.

  1. Lighthouse needs to be a static image
  2. Light beams need to be the replacement image for the wheel (Can probably just change the image and use the same code)
  3. For the Boat + Lighthouse level, wait until the BOAT level enhancement is complete.
