Enhance levels: Add boat functionality #54

  1. Boat needs to move in a linear (Straight) line.
  2. Decide on how to move boat (tap left/right side of screen? Tap left/right side of boat? Tap directional buttons?)
  3. Drop "buoys" to mark the path the boat was at.
