Adv Dupe + Stacker #2

Just suggesting Adv Dupe and Stacker to be added to the server so it's easier to build bases and so we can save them. I know some servers don't like using Adv Dupe because it might lag if someone spawns the wrong contraption. Yet both addons would be helpful.

Azreal - "Indeed, it would be nice to have soon" Sturm - "Will be looking into adding tools soon. Don't you worry." DjRabbit - "Stacker will be added if their is no problems. Adv Dupe will be added but with limitations of what you can dupe."

If the conversion process on the tools isn't too impossible, I might be able to work on this tonight. Theres also a possibility people have already fixed these tools for gmod13. I will look into this.
