Pcm multichannel 7.1 play in wrong speakers / channels #1207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup PMS to utilize pcm -> via hdmi
2. Setup ps3 to receive pcm instead of bitstream.
3. play any 7.1 dts-hd ma source, preferably a calibration and setup disk with
channel identification material.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

First of all i only get pcm 48Khz 7.1 multichannel where i expect 24/96 as the
source is 24/96.
When the setup and calibration material start to play I hear:
Left front -> Left front
Center -> Right front
Right front -> left back surround
Right surround -> subwoofer
The rest I'm uncertain of.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder,
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are the codec
informations of this file (you can use following program:
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ?

Please provide any additional information below and PLEASE JOIN debug.log file
!!

This also happens in 5.1. Extremely annoying.

Should be fixed in
https://github.com/ps3mediaserver/ps3mediaserver/commit/db32641de4e587650d1572db
4ce064b2f07a106e and following commits.

We need confirmation from issue reporter because I only have 5.1 system.
