1080p MP4 recognized as MPEG2 #499

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Golden Compass 1080p BDRip[H.264-MP4] (oan)
2. Explore it from PS3 or read it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file is seen as MPEG2, so I cant read it of course

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.10.51 on WinXP

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder, 
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)
MEncoder

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are the 
codec informations of this file (you can use following program: 
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ? 
5091Kbps, 1920*1080(16:9), at 23.976 fps, AVC (High@L4.1) (CABAC / 10 Ref 
Frames)

Please provide any additional information below and PLEASE JOIN debug.log

I seem to have this same problem with my Bravia HX800.  The first time I try to 
play my BluRay rips they show up as mpeg2 and wont play.  Then if I back out 
and go back to the same video they show up as AVC and plug just fine with no 
transcoding.  I have noticed the video container is H264, if it is VC1 then 
they remain as mpeg2 and stutter badly.
