[Media Library] Automatically rebuild media library #512

Hi

I am using ps3mediaserver on a linux box running without X or any other
graphical output. I often copy files to a shared directory. Currently, I
don't find an option to automatically rebuild the media library every hour
or so. Could you add an option which makes it possible that files which
have been copied to a shared directory automatically show up in the media
library?

I work on a separate branch (https://github.com/gzsombor/ps3mediaserver), where 
this issue is fixed, I hope it can be merged
