MKVs with multiple chapter/menu files encoded inside causes video to become unplayable and subtitles to be unrecognised #608

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an MKV video with more than 1 chapter menu encoded and embedded 
SSA subtitles.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see video with subtitles.
Instead, video refuses to play at times (Data corrupted) or the video will 
play without subtitles (other MKVs play with subtitles without issue).
Going into the #Transcoded# folder only shows video stream (no subtitles 
streams are available).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ver. 1.10.51 on Windows 7.

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder, 
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)
Using Mencoder.

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are the 
codec informations of this file (you can use following program: 
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ?

it's a ffmpeg issue:

"Assertion failed: s->chapters[i]->start <= s->chapters[i+1]->start, file

Can't say much else other than try the beta, included ffmpeg builds are more 
recent
