MKV file thumbnails are generated but "unsupported data" message appears, no transcode #809

Thanks for an awesome tool!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in the PS3, browse to the folder, the thumbnails are generated(on the fly,
no cache) and when select any of the mkvs in the folder I get an "unsupported
data" message
2. If I try to play the file on the same machine as the PS3 Media server I get
a black screen and no audio.
3. When I play it on another machine using Kantaris(no other media players and
K-lite codec pack is installed) it works flawlessly so I assume this is a codec
issue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file plays like any other mkv (that has been working) but it doesnt
"unsupported data" message appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tried 1.10 and 1.20 when the issue came up on Windows XP SP3

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder,
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)
mencoder

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are the codec
informations of this file (you can use following program:
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ?

I am getting the same error. Windows 7. Thumbnails display on PS3, but when I
go to play the music all I get is "unsupported data". My Library consists of
all MP3 or WMA format, which PS3 supports. I am lost.........I thought this
would be a solution short of purchasing an XBox 360...........nice tool
though!!!
