How to make QoL bar visible in/out of combat? help plz I understand that you need to write a condition set. But I don't know what the code should look like. (It was easier in wow ...)

Next major version will likely be a rework of condition sets to make the menu better / add templates for common condition sets people use

Remove the NOT if you want In Combat only, then set it on the bar on the Bar Manager tab
