As it says on the tin. Makes Edge 19.2.0 and Unleash 6.0.6 the new defaults for the charts

Hey @chriswk, does this mean that this is the recommended stable version to use in production? If I want to be on the safe side and only use stable versions, would you say I should stick to the version on this chart always, or is there anywhere else I can find stable versions? I couldn’t find anything in the documentation.
