WAIT! For some reason, the example code is not working as expected. Let's find some time Monday to review.

Hi, is flags going to be the suggested way to use Unleash when using the app directory? Seeing as it is shorthand for some of what is in https://docs.getunleash.io/reference/sdks/next-js#a--app-directory-new.
