Configuration File #25

Allow the configuration to be also done with a configuration file. While for me most of the time it's not that useful, I can see that sometimes it might make configuring a lot easier.

For what file type to use for configuration, I am still not sure. But I probably will use json, yaml or xml. Maybe in the future all three could be used, but that is still open.
