Description:

Seal of Light does not cast for paladins with the skill trained

Current behaviour:

Press a 'seal of light' button or /cast seal of light and a pally with the skill trained gets the message "The Spell is not available to you"

Expected behaviour:

Seal of light should be applied to the caster
