SOLVED: Error between Hugs Lib & AllowTool

Hi! Not sure if I need to post this here or over at HugsLib (Obviously, I'm going over there as well). But, in the case that this is the correct area to post errors, here is what I'm getting every time. (For the record, if I ignore the error and go straight into the game, AllowTool offers no tools at all.)
