included XML file specifies wrong type for ModBase.HarmonyInst #81

ModBase.HarmonyInst is HarmonyInstance according to Visual Studio, which is a type that does not exist in Harmony 2

It should be Harmony, which is what it becomes when you delete the XML file.

Should be resolved as of 10.0.0.
