ok, so i was able to recreate the issue with Guzzlord as enemy pokemon but after reviewing a few cards it reset to his normal hp. So i dont rlly know yet why this is happening. I do believe it might be due to certain specific pokemon stats maybe. But i cant rlly tell yet.
