Fix infinite browser redirect loop when default locale isn't allowed by customer for 404 pages #285

Do not redirect when the locale is the default locale, to avoid infinite redirects when the locale couldn't be resolved properly (e.g: 404 page) + better monitoring (sentry) for this edge case
