Refactor Sentry + fix Sentry usage in API endpoints #375

Refactor:

Split code into files depending on usage (browser/server/universal) to avoid loading code that isn't necessary (especially a concern on browser)

Fixed issue related to flushing. (similar to the issue we've encountered with Amplitude)
