Rename file after encoding #331

What is your new plugin request?

Could you create a plugin to rename the original file with the new codec after encoding? eg. WAS: x264 NOW: H265?

I believe there is a plugin in tdarr that does this and its very useful for us that download and rename our files in this format.

Have you considered using file bot? There is an example guide written up in the Unmanic docs

Running through it now thanks. Not sure why it need to install so many dependencies for a file renamed but hopefully it works.
