Mobile view - Changes not getting saved and UI overlapping

When making changes to a library like changing the path while on mobile view on a smartphone those changes do not get saved. Also the completed tasks list ui seems "broken" on ui (see screenshot).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Unmanic on a smartphone browser like Firefox on mobile view.
2. Try to change a library path and click on back
3. Changes get reverted.

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]

Changes should be saved.

Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]

It's reproducable every time.

I have the exact same issue. Works perfectly n desktop. Can't save on mobile (iPad or iPhone).
