Feature request: "Unconditional" Force Transcoding. #448

Dear Community,

I´m quite new to Unmanic, so please bear with for possible lack of understanding in Unmanic.

My feature request described as "unconditional" Force Transcoding. By that I mean Force Transcoding even if the file has been transcoded before. Force Transcoding as of now do one transcode, if you try again, the log referrs to history, and it do not transcode.

The usage: When testing different transcode setting to establish wanted files and quality, one needs to do several transcodes. It would be great to have that possibilty in Unmanic.
