Review the solution against SSRP vs SSIP, since they have the same pair the problem might persist

We need to make sure that the problem caused by the Paris version is understood. It might be caused by forge or by a problem in our contracts (something deprecated,...).

If the problem on forge that's fine but otherwise we need to fix it

SSRP don't get its information stored on the CapitalAgent, meaning that its values are not taking into account for the mcr
