moq.dapper 1.0.4 is a breaking change (only targets .Net Standard 2.1) #70

Either moq.dapper 1.0.4 should be retargeted to .Net Standard 2.0 (to maintain compatibility with projects consumer moq.dapper 1.0.3), or you should create a new major version (e.g. 2.0.0).
